Begin by submitting an inquiry. If your travel or studio needs align, you’ll receive next steps within 2–3 business days.

Ideally 6–12 weeks before travel. Shorter timelines may be accommodated based on availability and trip complexity.

Concierge services are billed in phases, beginning with a non-refundable deposit that covers initial planning and research. If a project is paused or canceled, payment is only required for work completed up to that point. Any remaining, unstarted phases will not be invoiced.
